Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Welcome to Taskboard.pk ("Platform"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our decentralized development ecosystem, testing execution layer, and escrow infrastructure. By creating an account, posting a task, or staking funds to claim a bounty, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Roles & Accountability

The platform facilitates relationships between Architects (users posting technical code bounties) and Builders (software developers claiming, building, and delivering code solutions).

Architects are solely responsible for outlining explicit Acceptance Criteria. Builders are responsible for delivering production-ready source code that successfully satisfies those constraints within the specified time duration matrix.

2. Bounties, Dev Stakes, & Escrow Allocation

CRITICAL FINANCIAL COMMITMENT CLAUSE

When a Builder clicks "Stake & Claim Task," the designated security deposit ("dev stake") is immediately locked from their available wallet funds. This deposit remains locked throughout the duration of the execution window.

Successful Merges:

The first Builder to submit a pull request passing 100% of the platform's automated system validation tests recovers their dev stake in full along with the designated bounty reward.

Forfeiture Event:

If a Builder fails to submit working code within the allotted timeline parameters, or intentionally abandons the task queue, their staked security funds are permanently forfeited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Source Code

Upon a successful validation pass and release of escrow payouts, the full legal copyright and operational ownership of the submitted source code blocks transfer instantly to the Architect who funded the bounty slot.

All builders warrant that their code architectures are free of malicious assets, unlicensed commercial elements, and hidden third-party dependencies.

4. Network Timeouts & Operational Limitations

Taskboard.pk functions as a real-time event-driven environment utilizing persistent WebSocket connectivity loops. We are not responsible for any session state disruption, wallet synchronization dropouts, or loss of staking position caused by localized internet routing problems, server container deployments, or downstream browser rendering faults.
